Online Shipping & Returns
Due to the size of our hoods, your shipment will come via LTL shipping. If you are not familiar with this type of shipping, there are a few differences from a UPS or FedEx shipping company. The LTL company will call you the day before to schedule your delivery. You MUST schedule your appointment or your item will not be shipped. The LTL driver will provide what is called curbside delivery. They will not bring the item into your house. Please be prepared to receive the shipment, note any shipping related damage on the bill of lading, and bring the item to a safe location.
If you have any questions regarding this order please call us at 1-877-847-0405. Once your order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled; it will need to be returned. Upon receipt of your package you can initiate your return by contacting Customer Service and following the steps outlined below.
No returns are accepted for custom hoods. If damage is noted, we will gladly supply you with a replacement hood. Please be sure to indicate damage on the bill of lading from the shipping company.
You may return other items in their original condition with the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Product must be shipped back, at your expense, prior to the expiration of the 30-day window. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that is in new condition. We do not accept returns where modification to the product occurred, or installation was attempted. Before staining or finishing an unfinished hood, please consult a professional or call us at 1-877-847-0405 for suggested finish products. Certain consumer products will not provide the finish quality you may desire. Hoodsly.com accepts no responsibility for any scheduling mishaps regardless of the situation.
